November 28, 2024 (Baku, Azerbaijan): Members of Ethiopian high-level delegation from various sectors visited the Public Service Agency (ASAN) in Baku, Azerbaijan, and witnessed the one-window efficient civil service operations that the institution is undertaking.
They also had a productive discussion with Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Public Service and Social Innovation Agency. The Chairman briefed the delegation on the general services providing by ASAN and it was highlighted that the visit is crucial to the reform that has been undertaking by Civil Service Commission of Ethiopia.
“ASAN service” center under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.685 dated 13 July 2012 to ensure the realization of the services to be rendered by the state entities in a uniformed and coordinated manner.
ASAN has received awards from different International Organizations including UN.
